Join us and build _your_ ambition. **ABOUT THE ROLE** Ensure the safe and timely delivery of bulk concrete to the proper work site. Works as a team member with site management and co-workers. **THIS POSITION WILL COVER SITES IN THE NORTHERN COLORADO/DENVER METRO AREA** **WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH** + Coordinate the execution of general plant operations activities. Coordinate field management activities.Help coordinate activities such as transportation and receiving of product at the plant. Ensure that weproduce quality products that meet or exceed customer expectations Inspect product quality ensuring allcriteria meets plan. + Recommend measures to improve production methods and equipment performance. + Provides timely and accurate tickets for customers. Runs loader or dozer at bins and stock pile, andperforms plant maintenance and housekeeping. + Monitor, recommend, implements repairs and routine maintenance of equipment, buildings and grounds.Investigates abnormal operating events or equipment failures to determine cause; makes adjustments,repairs, and/or modifications as needed. + Directly supervises 2 – 40 employees in the Ready Mix Division. Coach, train, mentor employees on thesafe and efficient method of operating plant equipment. Carries out supervisory responsibilities inaccordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing,hiring, and training employees, planning, assigning and directing work rewarding and discipliningemployees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. + Supports and assists personnel in achieving timely and efficient production schedules. Records employees’ time in online timekeeping system. + Manage all risks during the performance of your duties and make recommendation concerningsafety and operational improvements. + Ensures that safety, compliance, environmental and DOT requirements are followed at all times. Keepsaccurate DOT logs and load sheets + Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety andenvironmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit thesebehaviors. **WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR** **Education:** Bachelor's degree or 5-7 years of equivalent experience **Additional Requirements** + Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approvedPersonal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators.
