Plant Manager Assistant
Mission: To provide operational and administrative support to the Kecskemét Plant Manager and Management Team, while coordinating external EHS (Environmental, Health & Safety) service providers to ensure compliance and smooth factory operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the daily activities of the Plant Manager and Management Team, including reporting and scheduling. Coordinate internal and external meetings, events, and guest visits. Manage reporting processes (daily, weekly, monthly) and ensure timely data collection. Oversee internal communication, announcements, and organizational charts. Administer access permits, business travel arrangements, and material/service requests. Supervise attendance and vacation planning for the management team. Coordinate EHS activities with external providers and support training logistics. Participate in inspections and ensure accurate reporting to central EHS functions.
Requirements:
Proven experience in administrative or operational support roles, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and ability to handle confidential information. Proficiency in MS Office and corporate systems. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Fluent in English and Hungarian (written and spoken). Knowledge of EHS regulations and coordination practices is an asset. Positive attitude and willingness to support community and internal initiatives.
