Key Responsibilities:
Financial Excellence; develop and meet the annual budget, identifying improvement opportunities and ensuring compliance with SOX processes Operating model, execute management strategies with discipline Foster a "Zero Defects" mindset and exceed our customers' expectations Maintain a safe and healthy work environment through the effective use of corporate EHS and HR initiatives Total Efficiency: Supervise daily metrics (efficiency, scrap, material usage) and protect the launch of new programs in coordination with the team
To succeed in this role, you need:
Completed degree in Engineering or Business Administration, MBA desirable Experience: 3+ years as a Plant Manager Deep knowledge of automotive cut-and-sew industrial processes Exceptional communication, organization, and team leadership skills Inventory Management English proficient, verbal and written (B2-C1)
