Where is the work:  

On-Site (5+ days). The company has designated this role as safety sensitive.

  

What you will do:    

The Fort Smith, AR Plant Manager will partner with our team members in our Engineered to Order (ETO) fabrication & assembly plant to achieve goals for safety, quality, growth, profitability, productivity, customer satisfaction and employee engagement. This is an opportunity to watch your strategies be implemented and have a front row seat to rapid growth and evolution of both processes and teams.

Lead all plant functions including Manufacturing, Materials, Production Control, Purchasing, Quality Assurance, Planning, Human Resources, Accounting, Mfg. Engineering, and Environmental, Health & SafetyFull P&L responsibility for an ETO business with 350+ employeesEngage with employees on the floor in problem solving and process improvement actionsSupport the development of employees at all levels of the organization in order to foster an inclusive work environment, high levels of morale, and strong employee engagementDevelop and execute a growth strategy, including plant expansion and resource development

 

What you will bring:  

Bachelor's degree required

7+ years of manufacturing leadership experience, including P&L responsibilityFamiliar leading within an ETO / custom configuration environmentProblem solving mindset – experience implementing Lean / Operational Excellence culture & tools preferredHighly engaged with your team – able to make connections, listen, and take action to implement strategic changeServant-leader philosophy
