As the Plant Manager at Riverside Grocery Plant, you will oversee all day-to-day operations involved in producing high-quality salsa and spaghetti sauce. Your responsibilities will include managing production schedules, ensuring quality control, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. You’ll lead and motivate a diverse team, coordinate with various departments, and implement process improvements to optimize productivity. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with regulatory standards, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to keep our production at its best. Your leadership will be essential in delivering top-tier products to our customers.
Strategic Plant Leadership:
Provide visionary leadership for the entire food production plant, aligning strategies with organizational goals. Oversee and optimize plant operations to enhance efficiency and productivity.Team Empowerment:
Foster a culture of collaboration and excellence within the production team. Empower team members through effective communication and support their professional development.Quality Control:
Uphold and elevate quality standards, ensuring that every product meets or exceeds regulatory and internal specifications. Implement and oversee robust quality control processes throughout the production lifecycle.Operational Optimization:

We are looking for candidates who possess the following:
7 to 10 years of increasing levels of responsibility in a manufacturing environment. 3 plus years’ experience with implementing Lean Manufacturing Principles.We believe the successful candidate has these qualifications and experience:
Strong leadership background – ability to direct a diverse unionized workforce. Financial/budget management experience. Capital project development, cost estimation, and management skills. Proven negotiation, management, interpersonal, coaching, and team-building skills. Managing for Results/ Development skills Production Engineering knowledge. Ability to interface with regulatory agencies. Exceptional verbal/written communication. Ability to manage and develop employees. Strong skills knowledge of MS applications including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, - and PowerPoint and ability to grasp additional business-related applications.We also provide a variety of benefits including:

The salary range is $114,100 to $190,100 annually. Starting salary will vary based on criteria such as location, experience, and qualifications. There may be flexibility for exceptional candidates.
