Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or related field 5 years of plant management experience in an injection molding environment Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with supervisory or leadership role

Preferred Skills:

MBA or related master's degree

Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, direct, and run day-to-day operations for productivity and efficiency Develop and execute production plans to meet customer demand and business goals Manage plant budgets and implement cost-saving initiatives Coordinate daily production process and schedules while ensuring quality standards Monitor inventory, raw materials, and shipping

Pay Details: $150,000.00 to $180,000.00 per year
