What You'll Be Doing
Lead sales efforts by cultivating strong customer relationships and identifying growth opportunities.
Collaborate with plant operations to ensure product availability and delivery efficiency.
Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
Provide accurate quotes, pricing, and product recommendations tailored to customer needs.
Represent the company at industry events and customer meetings to promote our brand and services.
What Are We Looking For
Ability to build trust and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
Capacity to work independently while coordinating with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in CRM systems, sales tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
Familiarity with construction materials and industry practices is a plus.
Work Environment
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
