**What You'll Be Doing**
+ Lead sales efforts by cultivating strong customer relationships and identifying growth opportunities.
+ Collaborate with plant operations to ensure product availability and delivery efficiency.
+ Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
+ Provide accurate quotes, pricing, and product recommendations tailored to customer needs.
+ Represent the company at industry events and customer meetings to promote our brand and services.
**What Are We Looking For**
+ Ability to build trust and maintain long-term customer relationships.
+ Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
+ Capacity to work independently while coordinating with cross-functional teams.
+ Proficiency in CRM systems, sales tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
+ Familiarity with construction materials and industry practices is a plus.
**Work Environment**
+ Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
