Plant Manager
Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Plant Manager to join a growing company specializing in advanced overhead conductors. The Plant Manager will lead daily manufacturing operations with a strong focus on safety, quality, and productivity. This includes being directly responsible for improving the safety culture across the facility and maintaining a strong interface with both the Quality and EHS Managers to ensure alignment on compliance and performance standards. The role involves developing and executing operational strategies, optimizing production schedules, and driving continuous improvement through Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. Additionally, the Plant Manager will help oversee labor, equipment, and materials, coaching and developing team members, and ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory requirements. Cross-functional collaboration is key to streamlining processes, managing budgets, monitoring KPIs and implementing actions to improve operational efficiency. Skills and Requirements BA in Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, or equivalent 5+ years of advanced leadership experience in the lean manufacturing industry Expertise in manufacturing processes including machining, assembly, and fabrication automation Solid understanding of operational processes, quality standards, and compliance Strong leadership and team development skills, ability to oversee a team as large as 100 people Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Total Quality Management Great communication null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
