Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. **What You'll Be Doing** + Lead daily operations of the ready mix plant to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency. + Manage plant personnel, scheduling, and equipment maintenance. + Monitor inventory levels and coordinate material deliveries. + Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations. + Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize plant performance. **What Are We Looking For** + Strong leadership and team management capabilities. + Proven ability to prioritize safety and operational excellence. + Solid understanding of ready mix concrete production and plant operations. + Effective communication and problem-solving skills. + Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. **Work Environment** This role involves both office and field work, including exposure to outdoor weather conditions, noise, and moving equipment.
