What You'll Be Doing

Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on crushing, screening, and conveying equipmentTroubleshoot mechanical issues and implement effective repairs to minimize downtimeWeld, fabricate, and assemble components as needed for plant operationsInspect equipment regularly to ensure safe and efficient functionalityCollaborate with team members to support continuous improvement and safety initiatives

What Are We Looking For

Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to diagnose and repair industrial equipmentFamiliarity with welding, cutting, and fabrication tools and techniquesCommitment to working safely and following all safety proceduresAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectivelyWillingness to adapt to changing priorities and work in a team-oriented environment

Conditions of Employment

Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background checkSome positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
