Job DescriptionThe Plant Logistics Manager is responsible for the overall strategy, planning, and execution of the supply chain functions in Lincolnton plant and will manage the planning (LOP), material (LOM) and information flow (LOI) teams. This role is essential for developing and executing innovative supply chain strategies that optimize inventory management, production planning, and logistics. The Plant Logistics Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operations with business objectives, enhancing efficiency, reducing costs, and improving customer service level. This role represents plant logistics on BU and PT level.
Primary Duties and Accountabilities
Strategy Development: Defining a logistics strategy for the plant and deriving work packages for the associates.

Team Leadership: Manage and mentor logistics teams, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and resources to succeed.

Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor Logistics KPIs (SCC Source/Make, Plant Service Level, nFG Inventory) to assess logistics performance.

Process Improvement: Ensures application of PT procedures/processes to meet industry standards and implement best practices and innovative solutions to drive efficiency and cost-effectiveness in logistics operations.

Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or Supply Chain Management with 8+ years of experience.
