The Learning Manager, Unitary & Airside is responsible for leading all learning and development within our 7 Unitary & Airside plant locations. This includes the design, development and deployment of learning strategies for all plant employees. This Site Learning Manager will manage a portfolio of learning which includes our Team Leader Development Program (TLDP), Group Leader Development Program (GLDP), Leadership Development, Lean Manufacturing, Crucial Conversations, Arc Welding, Brazing, Demand Flow Power Brake, Forklift, new hire orientations, and other foundational learning solutions.

Where is the work:
This position has been designated as on-site in our Clarksville, TN plant location.

What You Will Do

Design, develop and manage the implementation, communication and reporting plan for all site training programsLead, conduct, and coordinate a team of site trainers in the facilitation and delivery of learning solutionsDevelop long-range strategies for site learning and development by role inclusive of competencies, skills and knowledge required to achieve plant and business unit objectivesManage the sustainability and enhancement of our existing learning portfolio of solutions and partner with internal and external partners as required to create new solutionsMeasure the effectiveness of all solutions in the learning portfolio including business impact and comparisons to external benchmarks and utilize findings to enhance current solutions.Manage yearly, quarterly and monthly budget targets for program and solutionsWork closely with the enterprise learning team and Trane Technologies University to administer and deliver enterprise learning solutions

 

What You Will Bring

Bachelor’s Degree required7+ years of successful progressive experience in learning & development. Experience with adult learning preferred.Instructional design expertise and proven capabilities utilizing the ADDIE processKnowledge of the Shingo model, Toyota Production System (TPS), Danaher or similar business models preferred.Strong business acumen and knowledge of business operations inclusive of budgeting and forecastingExcellent project and program management skills as well as data analyticsMust be capable of working on multiple priorities in a fast-paced, self-directed and changing environmentExcellent written and oral communication and presentation skills with the ability to speak and communicate effectively with both senior management and floor level employees Strong proficiency in using Microsoft software: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, VisioAbility to travel 50% or less

This role has been designated by the Company as Safety Sensitive.   

Compensation

Base Pay Range: $68,000 - $120,000
Total compensation for this role will include a commission/incentive plan. Disclaimer: This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed.
