Ensure the smooth running of our manufacturing plant
As Plant Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing manufacturing operations and leading end‑to‑end project execution, including engineering, project management, and delivery of all customer projects from order through remittance
As a Plant Leader, you will be responsible for:
Managing an overall production facility in order to reach defined targets in quality, cost, delivery and safety.Ensuring continuous business improvement according to benchmarks and standards.Promoting a well-built HSE culture across the siteConducting frequent interactions on strategic level due to complex long term planning activitiesHandling complex manufacturing processes and monitoring & improving cost productivity while ensuring all customerMonitoring & improving cost productivity while ensuring all customer commitments are met in a timely, quality and compliant manner.Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
Have a bachelor's degree in engineeringHave a minimum of 10 years of experience preferrably in valves Be able to demonstrate fluency in Japanese language Have experience in manufacturing industry is preferred Have great interpersonal, leadership skills.Have good oral and written communication skillsBe able to demonstrate ability to analyze and resolve problems.Be able demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects.Work in a way that works for you
