We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as Plant HR Specialist Hourly Rec. & Training, based in Juarez, Chihuahua, México (E-Systems Division).

Plant HR Specialist Hourly Rec. & Training you will ensure that 100% of operational staff are certified, guaranteeing the implementation of processes that enable them to develop the skills required to perform their duties and the processes that enable this to be validated. Ensure compliance with the legal requirements of the Ministry of Labor and develop the Training Needs Assessment and prepare and ensure compliance with the annual training plan, involvement in activities derived from Human Resources.

Your Task will be

 

Coordinate and execute the Induction and Pre-Certification Process for new employees. Follow up and evaluate new direct staff during their first 30 days. Coordinate and execute the certification process and update training matrices. Coordinate and execute the Training Needs Assessment. Develop and ensure execution of the annual training plan. Ensure legal compliance with training requirements established by the STPS. Maintain continuous communication and follow-up with internal clients (Production). Implement and execute Human Resources initiatives. Ensure compliance with Lear Corporation policies and procedures, as well as compliance with all audits such as ISO14001, CTPAT, TS16949, and any other corporate or internal audits.

 

 

Be successful in this role you will need:

Education: bachelor’s degree in psychology, business administration, human resources, business management or similar. At least 3 years of working experience as HR, recruiter or similar role. Knowledge: Lear’s corporate program (TWW, LLM, etc.). Computer skills and Office packages, basic knowledge of ISO TS 16949 standards. Knowledge of STPS legal requirements, facilitation before groups. NOM-035 Intermediate English language skills. Training processes. Effective management of work teams Capacity of analysis, communication, and organizational skills. You should have great analytical skills, to be creative/ innovative, to have initiative, to be persistent and open to criticism and others' ideas. #LI-DNI
