Temp-to-Hire position$28.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)The HR Specialist supports day-to-day HR operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, ensuring smooth employee lifecycle processes from onboarding to offboarding.This role is responsible for maintaining accurate employee records, supporting recruitment and training activities, coordinating benefits and payroll processes, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR inquiries, directing them to the appropriate resources or escalating as needed.Support HR initiatives that promote a positive and productive work environmentPlant HR Clerical Qualifications:
Previous human resources experience and policy knowledge Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook.)Previous experience with payroll experience Knowledge of labor laws and policiesData entryApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
