What You'll Be Doing

Assist with general plant operations including material handling and equipment maintenancePerform routine cleaning and upkeep of plant areas to ensure safety and efficiencySupport production teams by preparing tools, materials, and workspacesMonitor equipment and report any issues or irregularities to supervisorsFollow all safety protocols and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
