YOUR ROLE

As a Plant Finance Manager on our team, you’ll:

Act as business partner to Plant Manager and other functions at plantHighlight and develop Financial KPI and provide guidance to meet financials targetDevelop project business case for decision making processAs Budget - business plan - Forecast detail developmentPreparation with Functional leader support and review with the management of the budget/forecastSupervision Preparation of the standard reporting, budget variances and ad-hoc analysisAccounting controlling / month end closing activitiesApproval of the manual journal entries and supporting documentationApproval of the reserve on siteSupervision Cost center - profit center accounting structure maintenance, accounting check and analysis in accordance to the accounting rulesPresent monthly Result, budget/forecast variances and ad-hoc analysisFinal validation on the TB submissionUS GAAP Reviewer far the closing process under the delegation and approval of the Divisional ControllerFinancial reportingCoordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reporting packages including analytical analysesCheck of the report requirements and due datesCoordinate preparation and submission of the Divisionally required reportsCoordinate preparation and distribution of the internal reportingCOQ reporting and reference Coordinate appropriate follow up in order to get the needed level of approval (Change Review Board, 1802, DPRG)Account reconciliation plantApproval of the account reconciliation, support documentationCoordinate resolution of pending reconciliation itemsSite Expenses approverPurchase requisitionPetty Cash
