Plant Finance Manager
Job Title: Plant Finance Manager

Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify performance gaps and opportunities for improvement.Manage cost structures, pricing strategies, and margin evaluations to support business decisions.Develop and maintain accurate labor and overhead rates to reflect true costs in a standard cost environment.Perform detailed cost accounting tasks, including variance analysis and cost validation, to ensure reliable product costing.Lead monthly financial close activities and prepare reports for internal stakeholders and corporate leadership.Facilitate regular reviews of key performance indicators and guide cross-functional teams in executing both short- and long-term improvement plans.Ensure adherence to internal controls and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance across business processes.Coordinate and manage annual physical inventory counts and support audits from customers or government entities.Evaluate capital investment proposals and provide financial projections to support decision-making.

Essential Skills

Expertise in financial analysis, cost accounting, and financial reporting.Proficiency in forecasting, financial modeling, and financial planning and analysis.Experience with ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.Strong experience in month-end financial processes and variance analysis.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

8+ years of experience in accounting and finance.3+ years of experience in manufacturing.Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $130000.00/yr.
