Finance & Accounting Manager in Novomoskovsk plant of Procter & Gamble plays a key role in supporting the financial operations of the manufacturing site. He will be responsible for conducting day-to-day financial analyses, managing fixed assets, and ensuring accurate accounting practices. To give a sense of a Plant F&A role, here are some typical responsibilities you might have: + Conduct day-to-day financial analysis to support decision-making, collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on financial objectives + Lead cost & investment analysis, i.e. tackle real life case studies every day at plant (capital projects on efficiency, material sourcing and other cost optimization) + Strategic cost management, internal and external benchmark, targets setting and different tools of loss analysis and process optimization + Cost forecasting, budgeting for our business units, budget control and compliance + Delivering external financial information and leading the company effort on Statutory Compliance and Corporate Governance/Stewardship.
