Compensation & Benefits + Monthly salary starting from 200000 rubles gross + Annual bonus + Relocation and housing support (22 000 RUB net/month) in case of relocation to Novomoskovsk >50 km from the place of permanent residence + Medical, travel, and life insurance + Free lunch and transportation to the plant + Access to P&G’s global comprehensive training portfolio Job Qualifications + Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. + Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling. + Advanced skills in Excel and other data analysis tools. + Knowledge of sales policies and experience in cost analysis is preferred. + Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information effectively. + Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams. + Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities. + Knowledge of financial systems and tools is a plus.
