About the role The Plant Leader is an empowered leader responsible for driving performance across all dimensions of plant operations—Safety, Quality, Service, Cost, and Sustainability. This role supports Kerry’s business growth agenda by building team capability, fostering continuous improvement, and ensuring operational excellence. The Plant Lead serves as the key liaison between manufacturing and commercial teams to align strategy and execution. Key responsibilities Operational Leadership Full accountability for all activities within the plant. Lead the site to meet or exceed targets in Safety, Quality, Service, Cost, and Sustainability. Drive productivity, asset management, and performance optimization. Ensure flawless execution of FSQ & HSE standards across all operations. Strategic Execution Develop and implement a Plant Strategy aligned with global and regional manufacturing goals. Embed a continuous improvement (CI) mindset and deploy I Kerry Plant initiatives. Build and maintain strong community relationships and uphold Kerry’s values. Team Development Foster a culture of leadership, simplification, and career development. Build functional capabilities across the site to support long-term growth. Champion organizational health and employee engagement. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Commercial teams to understand strategic impacts and provide feedback on manufacturing implications. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless operations. Qualifications and skills Proven experience in plant leadership or senior manufacturing roles. Strong understanding of FSQ, HSE, and CI methodologies. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives. The pay range for this position is $108,378 - $188,365 in Annual Salary. Kerry typically does not hire an individual at the top or near the top of the range, as we are a pay-for-performance company, and this range is set to continue to reward performance annually while in role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate within the above range may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience, and internal equity. In addition, this position is also eligible to earn a performance-based incentive compensation.
