Job Description:

Successfully deliver small to large-scale technical projects, managing portfolio elements and driving digital interventions to simplify/transform business processes.Design and implement end-to-end industrial IoT solutions, including data acquisition (industrial communication protocols e.g., Modbus, OPC UA), transmission, storage, and processing.Architect, build, train, and deploy ML/AI models leveraging frameworks to solve industrial challenges; Implement and manage MLOps pipelines (e.g., MLflow, AzureML, Vertex AI).Implement containerization for application and model deployment and Manage applications and infrastructure components in production environments (IT Operations).Develop high-quality, maintainable software and REST APIs using Python (primary) or Java.Design and optimize database solutions across various types (SQL, NoSQL) within local and cloud environments.Drive office working process simplification and digitalization with business team, improve working efficiency by digital tool (RPA, GenAI Agent, Power Automate, BI Dashboarding)Stay current with emerging data, AI/ML, and industrial IoT technologies and trends, evaluating their potential application.Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical peers and non-technical stakeholders.Proactively drive value creation leveraging digital capability via understanding business needs and manufacturing process.

Qualification Required:

Understanding of IT Governance, Compliance, and Risk Management.Solid understanding of industrial IoT architecture, data transmission protocols, data storage types, and industrial communication protocols.Extensive proficiency in programing (python or java) development and Proficient in at least one database language (e.g., SQL) and familiar with various database types.Familiarity with working process digitalization tools (RPA, Microsoft 365, GenAI Agent, Dashboarding).Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).Practical experience with ML/AI experiment tracking tools (e.g., MLflow, VertexAI, AzureML).Strong passion and practical experience with AI/ML technologies, Understanding of popular ML frameworks (TensorFlow/Keras, PyTorch, scikit-learn, XGBoost)Validated, hands-on experience with Azure and/or GCP.Solid grasp of Software Development concepts with a demonstrable focus on code quality, testing, and maintainability.Demonstrated ability to manage portfolios, drive digital transformation, and successfully deliver medium-large projects.Ability to work independently and effectively in a highly matrixed organization and Excellent communication skills.Business fluent English and Chinese.
