Basic Qualifications:

Salary Range:
The base pay range for this position in California is $105,400.00 - $169,625.00/year. Pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on payment may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
Position Overview:
As a Plant Controller, Aerofit, you'll be part of our Industrial Finance Controllership team working as an on-site employee at our Fullerton, CA location.
Key Responsibilities:
' Financial Governance & Internal Controls.
' Maintain accurate financial statements in strict accordance with US GAAP and corporate policies.
' Lead comprehensive month-end and quarterly closing processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
' Drive full compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements and continuously improve the site's internal control environment.
' Oversee inventory management, including the coordination of year-end physical inventories, cycle counting programs, and the development of robust control procedures.
' Manage the fixed asset sub-ledger, including expenditure monitoring, Construction-in-Progress (CIP) reviews, and asset audits.
' Proactively identify accounting risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
