Join a dedicated team as a Plant Administrative Assistant, where you will play a pivotal role in supporting plant operations through administrative tasks, data management, and coordination of payroll and production statistics.
ResponsibilitiesOperate scale for weighing company, customer, and third-party trucks.Process vendor invoices and purchase orders efficiently.Provide comprehensive administrative support for plant management.Compile, enter, and report payroll and production statistics accurately.Track finished goods inventory, equipment utilization, plant costs, and labor hours diligently.Purchase parts and safety supplies as needed.Maintain fuel inventory and equipment downtime reports meticulously.Assist with month-end accruals and reporting.Process personnel changes and maintain files systematically.Handle timekeeping duties using Kronos.Conduct site-specific HR tasks such as assisting employees with direct deposits and navigating computer systems.Essential SkillsAdministrative assistance and accounts payable expertise.Strong customer service skills.Proficiency in office management and data entry.Experience with scaling and processing invoices.Knowledge of Kronos and Oracle systems.Basic Excel skills.Additional Skills & Qualifications2-3 years of experience in related fields.Experience in payroll processing for a team of 13 people.Familiarity with Payroll ERP systems like Kronos, preferred but not required.Experience with Accounting ERP systems like Oracle or JD Edwards.Ability to navigate basic computer systems effectively.Work Environment
The position is fully onsite, Monday through Friday, from 6am to 2pm. You will be part of a very tight-knit team, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.50/hr.
