Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. **What You'll Be Doing** + Monitor and optimize raw material and product chemistry to ensure quality standards + Conduct routine and specialized chemical analyses in a plant laboratory setting + Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot and improve process performance + Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations + Support continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis and reporting **What Are We Looking For** + Experience with laboratory instrumentation (XRF and XRD precisions and calibration testing) and software tools + Strong understanding of chemical principles and laboratory practices + Ability to interpret and apply analytical data to plant operations + Effective communication and collaboration skills across departments + Commitment to safety, quality, and environmental stewardship **Work Environment** This role is based in a dynamic industrial plant setting, involving both laboratory and production floor environments.
