Where you'll work: Our Lakeland, Florida site hosts an innovative product portfolio and utilizes custom designed equipment and technologies to create unique flavors and ingredients for citrus drinks and pharmaceutical products. Be part of a team that has rich history and ties to the Polk County community, with the original site established in 1955. Working / Shift Hours: Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM. Must be willing to use personal vehicle for company related tasks. although based in Lakeland, ability to work at Plant City site twice a week. What you'll do: As a Plant Administrator, youll handle various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our plant. This includes scanning and filing documents, and managing engagement activities. You will coordinate events, maintain digital signage, and assist with yearly Open Enrollment and Volunteer Days. Additionally, you will manage corporate card expenses, assist the management team with projects, and handle logistics and vendor relationships. Important areas of operations youll work on: + Plan and coordinate all events during the year at both sites, including monthly holidays, national days, and corporate events. + Order office and breakroom supplies as needed. + Assist with yearly Open Enrollment and coordinate Volunteer Days. + Manage corporate card expenses through Concur. + Assist management team with various projects and tasks. Additional areas you may support as well include: + Collect mail and deliver items to individuals as needed. + Assist with admin projects such as scanning and filing paperwork. + Ensure kitchen area is kept tidy and order catering for management meetings. + Coordinate donations for both sites and keep current employee list up to date. + Coordinate Quarterly Town Halls and ensure BCP Emergency Contact Lists are up-to-date. + Run errands as needed and manage logistics and vendor relationships. + Assist with audits and maintain digital signage and internal communications. What you'll need to be successful: + Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. + Attention to detail in scanning, filing, and recordkeeping. + Event planning and coordination skills. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to lead committees and collaborate with cross-functional teams. + Familiarity with tools like Teams, Concur, Intelex, and Workplace. + Proactive problem-solving and initiative. + Cultural awareness and commitment to employee engagement. + Budget and expense tracking proficiency. + Experience in volunteer coordination and community outreach. + Basic understanding of safety and compliance procedures. + Flexibility to handle ad-hoc tasks and errands. + Capability to maintain digital signage and internal communications. + Knowledge of administrative support for audits and HR processes. Compensation Data The typical hiring range for this role is $25.00 per hour and is based on several factors including but not limited to education work experience, certifications, location, etc. In addition to your pay, Kerry offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and retirement contribution (all benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements).
