While reporting to the Plant Manager, you will be responsible for Administrative duties focused on hourly payroll and hourly recruiting. If the HR generalist is not available, we would expect this role to be able to direct employees on how to find human resources policies, procedures, and resources. The primary focus of this position will be on hourly payroll, hourly recruiting, and support employee engagement. You must possess the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
What you'll be doing:
Preparing and complete all hourly payroll functionsReconcile and report payroll resultsInvestigate payroll questions and issuesBecome local expert on Kronos Payroll System, supporting others to leverage system toolsMaintain update and accurate Kronos roster.Support New Employee Orientation as needed, including assigning timecard pass codesServing as contact with Staffing AgenciesEnsuring performance evaluations are completed in a timely mannerAssisting employees during the “Open Enrollment” processVerify accuracy and consistency of attendancePrepare weekly reports for management team and other reports as requestedSupport employee engagement and community events as requestedSupport recruiting efforts with direction from managementOwn Training System Documentation and Publishing of required trainingSupport covid close contact tracingCreate a positive first impression for all visitorsThis position is located in Hartselle, AL.

Administrator III - Plant: The annual base salary range for this role is from $42,560 to $47,880.
