Airswift is looking for a Planning Technician I to support a major client in Spring, TX on a 19-month contract

Schedule: 5/40 – fully on site

Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate STREAM system inputs and facilitate GTC approval workflows to ensure timely and accurate documentation. Dashboard & Repository Management: Maintain and update dashboards for technology trials. Collaborate with the CPO to ensure the central repository of trial data is current and accessible. Technology Trials Tracking: Monitor progress and status of ongoing technology trials, ensuring alignment with project timelines and business objectives. Trial Spending Oversight: Track and report spending associated with technology trials, ensuring budget adherence and transparency. Procurement Support: Assist with procurement activities related to technology trials, including vendor coordination, purchase requisitions, and documentation.
Requirements: Familiarity with Spotfire or similar data management tools Skilled in MS office applications (specifically Excel, Word, and Access) Ability to track/maintain/communicate project progress across a broad portfolio of technologies
