Description and Requirements Job Responsibilities 1.Act as the planning team's focal point to execute key milestones and demand/supply plans while coordinating cross-functionally for on-time new product launches. 2.Communicate with BU and GEO to collect data and generate both rolling product demand plans (PDP) and long-term forecasts. 3.Use commodity and capacity plans to create supply commitments, provide timely supply risk alerts to BU and GEO, drive demand adjustment based on supply risk. 4.Coordinate across functions to resolve shortages and implement recovery strategies. 5.Review and drive approval for strategic buy plans, ensuring execution. 6.Manage end-of-life planning, product lifecycle liability, MWD reduction, and maintain optimal inventory levels.
Job Requirements 1.Bachelor’s degree or above. 2.7~10 years’ work experience with Planning, GSM, Procurement background. 3.Strong ownership, customer oriented; be fully self-motivated and aggressive to realize business target. 4.Be sensitive on data change, preferred with digital transformation experience. 5.Strong communication and English skills (both oral and written). 6.Be familiar with planning logic and system such as SAP, JDA, etc. 7.Adapt to frequent business trips Additional Locations: * China * China
