As a Planning Specialist CA & COMMs , you will coordinate the administration and procurement between the Corporate Affairs and the Communications teams and the relevant responsible functions in the organization. The position acts as the key operational backbone ensuring smooth, compliant, and timely execution of all financial and administrative tasks related to the functions.

 

Your ‘day to day’:

Coordinating and administer budgets and financial flows to ensure smooth and timely implementation and alignment on actual expenditures versus budgets. Interacting and administering internally with Finance, Procurement, Budget, Internal Control, Compliance, Legal and all other relevant functions in order to achieve flawless processes on spendings and allocation by ensuring financial compliance.Coordinating and maintaining all administrative processes, including completing purchase orders, following up on invoice issuance and receipt, and payments to vendors. Preparing and communicating with 3rd parties and vendors ensuring compliance with company procedures and processes in line with Internal control, Legal and Finance departments.Coordinating and accomplishing necessary authorizations within the company platforms, related to initiatives and projects of the Corporate Affairs and Communication teams. Coordinating travel plans and logistics by interacting with travel agencies and other vendors.

 

Who we’re looking for:

University or College degree;Strong analytical skills, financial competence, planning capability;Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities, ability to work independently Attention to detail and ability to ensure compliance with policies;High integrity and commitment to compliance;Excellent MS Office skills; experience with ERP systems;Proficiency in written and spoken English and Bulgarian;
