Your Role:

In this role you will establish, manage, review, and communicate the master production schedule for select items to achieve business unit objectives for customer service and resource management. You will work to be a subject matter expert in cross-functional supply chain improvements while clearly communicating complex data in an easy-to-understand format.

 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Plan and control all scheduling activities supporting assigned items.Prepare and issue batch records to production.Monitor shop floor activities to ensure promise dates are met. Review MRP and release shop orders.Develop and maintain performance tracking metrics. Develop systems to track forecast vs. actual performance.Participate in the testing of system wide developments. Communicate complex data and supply chains to the business teams.Act as a departmental technical resource throughout the implementation process.Create documentation for training or preparing enhancement requests for system development.Lead process improvement initiatives to increase productivity, eliminate waste, and streamline processes in production planning.Update and revise plans for changes in lead times, order quantities, service level and sourcing locations. Analyze and request lead time updates for produced items.Develop and run long and short-term capacity models to identify potential operational constraints.

 

 

Who You Are:

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.1+ years in planning or supply chain management or scheduling functions using an MRP and/or ERP system.

Preferred Qualifications:

APICS Certification such as CPIM and/or CSCP.Strong analytical abilities with problem solving techniques, unconditional commitment to teamwork and communication.

 

Pay Range for this position: $27/hr - $41/hr

The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors. Position may be eligible for sales or performance-based bonuses. Benefits offered by the Company include health insurance, paid time off (PTO), retirement contributions, and other perquisites.
