Key Responsibilities:
Plan and coordinate end-to-end supply chain activities, including production scheduling, volume planning, and inventory management.
Develop, validate, and communicate production and shipment plans in alignment with sales forecasts and business strategies.
Collaborate cross-functionally with teams including Marketing, Sales, Production, R&D, Finance, Logistics, Customer Service, and external partners (CMs and ODMs).
Utilize enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems for tracking inventory, managing workflows, scheduling suppliers, and optimizing supply chain processes.
Build and manage relationships with suppliers and strategic partners to ensure supply chain efficiency and resilience.
Support new product introductions (NPI), product transfers, and supply chain setup, ensuring materials, labor, and test capacities are aligned with production goals.
May be responsible for global or multi-site inventory management and alignment.
Partner with Sales and Marketing to develop scalable factory support for indirect sales channels and manage customer escalations.
Tackle production planning assignments with broadly defined objectives and solve issues within your area of expertise.
QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s Degree (or equivalent education/experience).
2+ years of relevant experience in supply chain, production planning, or a related field.
General proficiency in ERP systems, supply chain tools, and standard operating procedures.
Strong analytical and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and solve straightforward issues related to your area of responsibility.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in a global or multi-site supply chain environment.
Familiarity with product life cycle processes including NPI and product transfers.
Knowledge of working with contract manufacturers (CMs) and original design manufacturers (ODMs).

This job has a full time weekly schedule. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
