**How will you make an impact in this role?**
In the role of Planning & Performance - Coordinator, you will be supporting the planning and performance team, collaborating with wide range of stakeholders to help in planning, analysis, performance monitoring, budget control & tracking and reporting to help digital acquisition team achieve card acquisitions and revenue targets.
The successful candidate will have an opportunity to work with Japan local teams as well as teams in other international markets including Center of Excellence (CoE) and Enterprise Digital & Data Solutions (EDDS).
**Key Responsibilities**
**Analytical focus**
Assist performance and planning team to prepare forecasting calendars and investment optimization. Work closely with broader acquisition teams and leaders to organize and analyze performance data and assist in handling queries and reporting.
**Relationships**
Collaborate closely with various internal and central teams to gather data in a timely manner to track and maintain budget control sheets and performance plans on a regular basis.
**Communications**
Clearly articulate the expectations with various stakeholders and follow up on a timely basis in order to complete the weekly/monthly processes.
**Innovation**
Bent to improve efficiency while executing regular processes and ability to innovate and automate wherever possible utilizing the existing tools.

* Demonstrates analytical aptitude and ability to analyze data to provide meaningful insights
* Team player with excellent relationship-building, collaboration, and communication skills across diverse group of internal and external partners
* Ability to thrive in a matrixed environment
* Business level Japanese and English
**Skills**
* Excellent with Microsoft Excel: Pivot, Formula, VBA (good to have)
* Microsoft PowerPoint – visual data representation
* General knowledge (or) experience in digital marketing (good to have)
* Financial knowledge (good to have)
