Position Responsibilities:  Use logical and critical thinking skills to identify opportunities to improve operational performance, reporting, and transparency Develop template operational dashboards and reports and lead pilot implementation Standardize and implement operational best practices with local operations teams and centers of excellence Collaborate with BI team to formalize report structure and data management Track adoption of and compliance with standard reports and best practices Support process improvement projects of moderate scope and ad-hoc performance analysis as needed Other duties as assigned Required Education and Experience:  Bachelor’s Degree and 3 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma and 6 plus years of specific experience Benefits At the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees.
