Make It With Pride.** **How you will contribute** + Responsible for planning, scheduling, and monitoring the entire production process to ensure efficient resource utilization, on-time product delivery, and cost efficiency + Responsible for export/shipping, ensuring compliance with trade laws and efficient logistics for cross-border goods traffic, and handling complaints with suppliers + Monitoring raw material inventories and ordering packaging materials + Utilizing data analytics to monitor key performance indicators, highlighting trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement + Supporting supply chain projects (e.g., S4H), digitalization projects, and more + Leading, engaging, and developing employees in planning and customer service, building a high-performing team + Member of the leadership team **What you will bring** A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career.
