How you will contribute

Responsible for planning, scheduling, and monitoring the entire production process to ensure efficient resource utilization, on-time product delivery, and cost efficiencyResponsible for export/shipping, ensuring compliance with trade laws and efficient logistics for cross-border goods traffic, and handling complaints with suppliersMonitoring raw material inventories and ordering packaging materialsUtilizing data analytics to monitor key performance indicators, highlighting trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvementSupporting supply chain projects (e.g., S4H), digitalization projects, and moreLeading, engaging, and developing employees in planning and customer service, building a high-performing teamMember of the leadership team

What you will bring

A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career. You will bring experience and knowledge in:

At least 7-8 years of experience in planning and/or logistics, out of which at least 3 years in a people management role, as well as sound knowledge of production processesStrong leadership skillsKnowledge about Customs Compliance (e.g. Import/Export, IPR, etc.)Excellent analytical skills regarding the design of material flows and the elimination of losses throughout the supply chainExperience in inventory management / CPIM certification is an advantageExcellent communication skillsVery good ERP knowledge required (SAP/APO/KPA/WPA)Fluent English and good German skills
