Planning & Inventory Superintendent
**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** •Demand management and production control for the Plant. • Assuring the execution of the sales and operation plan alignment with the plant, as well as overseeing a team of production planners supporting to achieve key objectives of the company on customer service, on time delivery and inventory turns. •Review the future demand to anticipate and manage the production capacity. •Monitor the production plan and make adjustments as necessary. •Inventory control and management to optimize and meet the goals of Inventory Turn Over (ITO) and on time delivery (OTD). •Inventory Management on work in process and finish good in all the plant. •Analyze the ship set report and coordinate the follow up with manufacturing in order to complete the orders on time or also complete orders when the sales value is high. •Assists with any other activity assigned related to work. •Manage and control production master plans. **Who You Are:** You balance planning with actions. You work effectively and efficiently on your own, while also collaborate and network well with a large organization and team **For This Role, You Will Need:** + Bachelor's degreee in engineer or business administration. + Minimum 5 or more years in similar position or in planning areas. + Bilingual in Spanish and English, strong technical/conversational English (C1 - 90%) + Experience in production and a good understanding of object-oriented design and analysis + Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently + Experience with Inventory Control tools + Strong communication skills, both written and verbal **Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:** + Working knowledge of Inventorys. + Ability to travel including internationally **Our Culture & Commitment to You:** + At Emerson, we prioritize a workplace where every employee is valued, respected, and empowered to grow.
