Coordinate with procurement, manufacturing, and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and finished products. Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed to meet changing requirements. Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions for process improvement. Collaborate with quality assurance teams to maintain high standards of product quality. Prepare reports on production performance, efficiency, and adherence to schedules. Lead and mentor a team of production planners to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in production planning. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. Master's degree in Operations Management or Business Administration (preferred). 13-17 years of experience in production planning, preferably in the precast industry.
