This Planning Excellence Insights & Analytics Co-Op is a six-month assignment that supports and influences the achievement of Integrated Planning KPI’s including Customer Service, Demand & Supply Planning, Inventory and Cost. The core of the assignment purpose is to build planning analytics mastery within the organization and implement best practices utilizing Global process standards and technologies. This role will support integrated planning through analytics and insights. The Planning Excellence Insights & Analytics team covers analytics of these facets of the supply chain
Description of the Co-op’s project work responsibilities and daily requirements, along with specific goals and stretch goals.Create Power BI dashboards for planning teams based on multiple data sources.Assist in collecting, cleaning, and organizing large datasets for analysis.Develop and implement data models and algorithms to support business objectives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making.Design and implementation of the report adoption tracking processFurther integration of the CO analytics platform (I&A, CO D&A, Advanced Analytics, Inventory/BW)Goals: on time delivery of analytics product, adoption scoreSkills and competencies required for selection into this internship assignment (academic focus, computer skills, and previous experience):Currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Data Engineering, Analytics, Information Systems, Supply Chain or related fieldsPower BI (design and build) and SQL or Python programming required.Ability to solve problems, influence, and lead others.
