Team Leadership:Mentoring junior planning engineers and providing technical guidance.

Required Skills and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Proven experience as a Planning Engineer, preferably in civil engineering projects. Proficiency in project management software (Primavera P6, Microsoft Project). Strong understanding of construction methodologies and scheduling principles. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations. Additional Desirable Skills: Experience with reinforced concrete (RC) projects. Familiarity with specific project types (e.g., Buidlings, Hotels, infrastructure). Experience with claims management.
