Planning & Direct Purchasing Associate

 

 

Key responsibilities:

Establish and maintain ERP parameters; monitor daily material planning to ensure timely ordering, production plan flexibility, and inventory target adherence   Timely PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) maintenance to support the NPD (New Product Development) process for new material pricing, PO (purchase order) placement dates, delivery confirmation, and planned write-offs   Prepare templates and reports for tracking KPIs, avoiding write-offs, and studying inventory levels, warehouse utilization and material movement; monitor utilization of Tobacco Import Duty Contingent   Ensure compliance with direct material purchasing policies and procedures with visibility for corporate audits   Ensure timely and accurate maintenance of all SAP files and transactions

 

 

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Engineering   Minimum 1 year of experience in production planning, procurement, or logistics Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English   Strong computer skills, with proficiency in MS Office applications and SAP   Excellent analytical and organizational skills   Comfortable working in a team and in a dynamic work environment
