As a Planning Coordinator, you will be responsible for organizing, overseeing and facilitating the activities of planning and scheduling of materials required to execute the business, working with supply chain to translate the demand (forecasts, sales orders, planned orders) across multiple time horizons in to physical orders and ensures they are delivered to meet the customer requirements.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Coordinating planning activities across departments and teamsAnalyzing incoming demand: identifies order exceptions, misalignment with product rationalization strategy and opportunities to utilize existing inventoryProviding effective scheduling and implementation of all programs based on the Master Schedule, cycle time, shop capacity, hardware / tooling availability, and status to schedules.Coordinating the material requirements and transactions, collaborating with the sourcing team and optimizing the Inventory levelWorking strongly with Technical Teams (Design, Process and Manufacturing) and Operations to constantly support products fulfillment, quality and CostWorking within defined parameters to make decisions, apply concepts to issues of moderate complexity, and resolve issues through immediate action or short-term planningFuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
Have a Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field or equivalent experience (5+ years’ experience)Show experience in order management, inventory optimization and management, asset utilization and managementDisplay intermediate knowledge of SAP and MRP functionalityBe able to work with and influence stakeholdersShow strategic thinking with tactical execution with a sense of urgencyDisplay team working capabilityBe fluent both in Italian and English (oral and written)Work in a way that works for you
