Are you an experienced leader with a passion for aerospace or precision manufacturing? We’re hiring a Planning and Process Supervisor to join our operations team in beautiful Kelowna, BC. In this critical role, you’ll oversee the planning, implementation, and optimization of manufacturing and repair processes in a highly regulated environment, while supporting a collaborative and mission-driven team.

What You’ll Be Doing Lead, coach, and develop a team across planning and production Review engineering changes and ensure process compliance with ISO and Transport Canada regulations Oversee documentation, audits, and root cause investigations Coordinate with internal departments to manage workflow, estimates, and schedules Respond to customer feedback and implement service improvements Monitor manufacturing performance, cost, and efficiency
What We’re Looking For 3+ years in a supervisory role within a technical, manufacturing, or repair environment Experience in aerospace or a highly regulated/precision industry (aviation experience a strong asset) Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and tools (e.g., machining, composites, welding) Familiarity with ISO 9001, CARs 561 & 571, and Transport Canada requirements Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
