Independently develop and maintain project schedules for small to medium projects or discrete portions of larger projects, while supporting schedule reporting, progress measurement, and baseline change control in accordance with established standards. **Responsibilities** **Leadership and Direction** + Receive general direction on assigned tasks and project objectives. + Apply working knowledge of planning and scheduling principles to complete assignments with limited supervision. + Coordinate with Project Managers, engineers, and Owner’s teams to support schedule development and development of technical reports. **At the Operational and Company Level** + Prepare and maintain project schedules for small to medium projects or assigned work packages. + Document schedule assumptions and support development of baseline schedules. + Implement approved schedule changes and maintain schedule integrity. + Collect, review, and validate progress updates from project team members. + Support integration of contractor and supplier schedules as directed. + Perform basic schedule variance, trend, and productivity analysis. + Support planning and scheduling standards, processes, and templates. + Coordinate and prepare technical reports. **Do the Work** + Develop and maintain schedule structures including WBS, activity logic, calendars, activity codes, and resources. + Update schedules and progress measurement data in coordination with the project team. + Prepare routine schedule reports, dashboards, and look-ahead schedules. + Support management of change activities related to schedule impacts. + Maintain schedule documentation in accordance with project controls requirements. + Promote clear, timely, and consistent communication across the project team. + Interface with project services to assess procurement, material sourcing, contracts and how they relate to overall project schedules. + Perform other duties as required. **Success Metrics and Competencies** + On-time procurement of materials and services aligned with project schedules. + Favorable purchasing terms achieved through effective negotiation and supplier management. + Accurate and timely preparation of procurement documentation and purchase orders. + Strong supplier performance as evidenced by quality, delivery, and responsiveness. + Effective communication of procurement status, changes, and risks to stakeholders. + Compliance with procurement policies, standards, and documentation requirements. + Core Competencies + Negotiation and commercial acumen. + Supplier evaluation, vendor management, and performance tracking. + Strong forecasting and organizational skills. + Excellent written and verbal communication. + Analytical thinking and attention to detail. + High level of personal integrity and professionalism. + Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers and internal teams. + Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. **Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred. + 3+ years of experience in planning, scheduling, project controls, or a related field. + Working knowledge of scheduling tools such as MS Project or Primavera P6. + Strong computer skills including MS Office. **About Bowman** Are you ready to build a career that makes a lasting impact?
