Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain detailed production schedules based on demand forecasts, inventory levels, and capacity constraints.Utilize SAP to manage production planning, material requirements planning (MRP), and scheduling activities.Coordinate with procurement, production, quality, and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and packaging.Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed to address delays, equipment issues, or changes in demand.Analyze production data and KPIs to identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards in all planning activities.Communicate schedule changes and updates to relevant departments and stakeholders.Participate in cross-functional meetings to align production plans with business goals.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or related field.3+ years of experience in production planning/scheduling within a food manufacturing environment.Proficiency in SAP (PP/MM modules preferred).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and organizational abilities.Knowledge of food safety regulations and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).This is a fully onsite position in Kenosha, WI. Candidates must be local to the area- we are unable to support relocation at this time. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $34.00/hr.
