Job Title: Production Control Specialist III
Job Description

The Production Controller is responsible for tracking and coordinating manufacturing operations to ensure smooth and efficient production. The successful candidate will work with the production team to meet safety regulations and quality standards, focusing on aerospace production aspects like traceability, demand planning, complex BOM assembly, and handling requirements.

ResponsibilitiesWork cross-functionally to oversee daily production operations, including scheduling, planning, and organizing work-in-progress (WIP) and finished goods (FG).Help improve production scheduling tools and WIP tracking.Monitor, track, report, and move parts as required through the production flow to ensure timely delivery to the next production location.Ensure parts are handled and protected properly.Collaborate with the enterprise planning team to resolve immediate floor shortages on work orders and floor stock inventory as required.Assist production leadership and project teams with action item updates as needed.Highlight needs, deliverables, and constraints to management as required.Support new team members, contribute directly to work, and collaborate closely with leads and managers on execution plans.Assess progress in real-time, adapt quickly, and actively drive change.Essential Skills2-4+ years of experience in production control within a manufacturing setting.Proficiency in ERP, MRP, MES, SAP, and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to solve complex problems and work independently while managing multiple tasks.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalency certificate.4+ years of experience in production control within a manufacturing setting.Strong computer skills, familiar with SAP ERP/MES and the full suite of MS Office products.Experience with SQL and Tableau.Inventory experience.Experience in aerospace, military, automotive, semiconductor, or electronic manufacturing environments.Adaptability to new systems and environments with a go-getter mentality.Work Environment

The role is onsite in Redmond, with a fast-paced, high-pressure environment typical of a tech startup. Shifts vary, with front half nights and back half nights preferred, including weekend days. Training for the first three weeks is typically during the day. Candidates must be comfortable working in a warehouse setting and navigating multiple systems.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $35.00/hr.
