Job Title: Planner Location: White Plains, NY Duration: 12 Months (Contract) Hours: 37.5 hrs/week Schedule: Hybrid onsite role – 3 days per week Position Summary: The Planner will support the Asset Performance Management (Transmission) Department by leading resource planning initiatives for both preventative and corrective maintenance. This role will coordinate resources with project plans across Client’s Transmission asset portfolio. The Planner is responsible for tracking resource constraints, supporting engineering directors in effective staffing, and ensuring accurate documentation for new and existing assets. Key Responsibilities: + Plan departmental work tasks to optimize resource use and meet budget goals. + Prepare detailed project schedules, milestones, and compliance metrics. + Partner with Chief Operating Engineer to create/update maintenance job plans. + Use Maximo to track equipment performance, spares, and ISO 55000 compliance. + Coordinate the disposal process of end-of-life assets. + Support EHS and Code Compliance by tracking permits, HASPs, and JSAs. + Conduct building safety inspections and follow up on corrective actions. + Assist with space and furniture layouts; update seating charts. + Manage project close-out activities including O&M manuals, “as-built” drawings, and configuration documentation. + Provide support to Facility Management staff and participate in day-to-day tasks. Required Qualifications and Skills: + Proficiency in Maximo, Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project, AutoCAD/Revit/Sketchup/Visio. + Experience with Work Management Systems and project scheduling. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Ability to manage multiple projects from start to finish. + Familiarity with OSHA, construction practices, and interpreting architectural drawings. Education and Certifications: + Associate’s Degree (AAS) in Engineering. + 3–5 years of experience in construction management or planning with A/Es and contractors. + Preferred: Space planning and safety compliance experience. + Valid Driver’s License required. + OSHA 30 (training available upon hire) Application Process + Resume Review + Initial Discussion + Video Screening + Client Interview Ready to bring your planning expertise to a dynamic and impactful role?
