🛠️ Description du posteCollaborer étroitement avec l’équipe de location et les planificateurs de maintenance pour chaque marché.Exécuter les stratégies de maintenance avec les fournisseurs et prévoir les calendriers pour les événements complexes.Superviser la remise à neuf des « moteurs de base » destinés à la revente.Gérer la planification de la maintenance pour des marchés spécifiques (PT6, Turbo Shaft, APU), avec 20 à 30 moteurs en atelier et 10 à 15 en maintenance légère.Gérer environ 45 moteurs en cours de traitement, avec un fort accent sur la prévision.Utiliser des outils comme SAP, Outlook, Excel et les courriels pour les opérations quotidiennes.Identifier les opportunités d’optimisation des coûts dans la planification de la maintenance.✅ Exigences1 à 3 ans d’expérience en planification, gestion de projet ou planification d’horaires (à confirmer).Diplôme en logistique, chaîne d’approvisionnement, achats, opérations, finance, B.Com ou génie industriel/mécanique.Bilingue – français et anglais (les candidats principalement anglophones seront considérés).Personnalité dynamique, de type A.🌟 AtoutsStage dans le secteur aérospatial (ex. : ancien stagiaire dans une entreprise connexe).Expérience en gestion de projet.Expérience démontrée en leadership.

Strategic Planner🔍 Overview

As a Strategic Planner, you will play a key role in ensuring product availability to support both rental and sales operations. You will grow into a subject matter expert and act as a coach for the Canadian and Indian teams, particularly in dependability metrics and management.

🛠️ Job DescriptionCoordinate closely with the rental team and maintenance planners for each market.Execute maintenance strategies with suppliers and forecast schedules for complex maintenance events.Oversee refurbishment of “core engines” for future resale.Manage maintenance planning for specific markets (PT6, Turbo Shaft, APU), with 20–30 engines in shop and 10–15 in light maintenance.Handle approximately 45 active WIP engines, with a strong forecasting component.Use tools like SAP, Outlook, Excel, and email for daily operations.Identify cost optimization opportunities within maintenance planning.✅ Must Haves1–3 years of experience in planning, project management, or scheduling (to be confirmed).Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Operations, Finance, B.Com, or Industrial/Mechanical Engineering.Bilingual – French & English (dominant English speakers will be considered).Type A, dynamic personality.🌟 AssetsInternship in aerospace (e.g., former intern in a related company).Project management experience.Demonstrated leadership experience.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $39.00/hr.
