Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Execute loading shipment transactions.Work with BU, factory, logistics and operation teams to resolve issues.Review short-term and long-term forecast and prepare capacity accordingly, work with capacity planning to update production capacity in i2 weekly basis.Monitor materials status to reduce the influence from material shortage.Master schedule, weekly build plan fulfillment.Retail and OEM order fulfillment with 100% OTD.Manage inventory turns at CMs, timely dispose excess/OBS/Non net inventory to achieve the goals.Co-work with engineer team on New Product qualification and ramp up.Problem solving on hold lot/MRB lot.Drive process improvements in production planning/B2B.Department KPI and Reports.Other tasks assigned by manager.

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

Good skill at Excel, PowerPointGood planning, analytical skills.Familiar with MES system, experience with SAP.Material plan skills preferred

PREFERRED: 

Fluent English oral and written abilities.Industrial engineering background preferred
